A Maryland/Pennsylvania attorney (Of Counsel to The Shagin Law Group LLC), an Anglican/Old Catholic bishop and a lieutenant colonel in the Civil Air Patrol (U.S. Air Force Auxiliary), Dr. Sloane has been ennobled as the Count of Shoa by The Crown Council of Ethiopia and has invested into several orders of knighthoods.  He serves as chair of the American College of Counselors, president of the Council on Chiropractic Practice, vice president of the American Association of Integrative Medicine, and past chair of the American Board of Forensic Counselors.  He is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania [B.A.], Liberty University [M.A.R. magna cum laude], Universidad San Juan de la Cruz [M.B.A. summa cum laude], Widener University [J.D.], Temple University [LL.M.
